DISCOVER ULTRA TECH

Hardness alone is easy to advertise. Getting it where it matters most is the harder part. Ultra Tech pipe runs 600 BHN on the inside and roughly 250 BHN on the outside, in one piece. Hard where the material rides, ductile and weldable where you have to attach it, and the bends come out of the same process as the straights.

Because it’s a single wall of steel, you can check remaining thickness ultrasonically with the line still assembled. Ceramic and rubber lined pipe won’t give you that. They can develop liner cracks and irregularities that increase turbulence and wear, while also being more difficult to inspect and measure wall thickness.
